A weekly work summary and monthly reporting keep completed work separate from measured traffic, leads, rankings, and reviews. No guaranteed ranking or lead volume.
Your first website draft is delivered within seven business days after your agreement is signed, your initial payment is confirmed, and the required website inputs and access are ready. This is a draft deadline, not a launch promise. The turnaround target for routine edits is two business days, excluding time waiting for required client answers or files.
Review content can be reused on agreed social channels with permission. Posting on YouTube and LinkedIn is not currently included. Custom automation, paid advertising, and link-building campaigns need a separate scope.

Discuss Local Growth Plus ↗All amounts are in USD. Monthly billing for new clients; existing agreements stay unchanged. Each plan covers one Google Business Profile. Additional profiles and locations need a separate scope. No annual discount or automatic setup waiver is offered.
These ownership terms apply to Local Growth and Local Growth Plus. Website ownership transfers after 24 months. Earlier buyout: remaining months × $179. The bundle subscription continues after ownership transfers. Without early buyout, the website goes offline on cancellation before payoff. Paying the setup fee does not give you immediate ownership. Your Google profile remains yours; managed review automation ends with service.
There is no cancellation fee; retaining the website before ownership transfers requires the separate buyout. No 30-day refund offer. Final cancellation notice and any applicable refund terms are defined in your agreement. Major redesigns, additional locations, and custom functionality need separate scope. Local Presence does not include website work.
Local Growth Plus
$200 / month upgrade
Two additional SEO pages each month, with topic options and keyword planning. This is already included in Local Growth Plus at $899/month, not a second charge. Choose your topics by the agreed deadline; otherwise Brand Hyve proceeds with its recommendations.
New-page production only, not existing-page refreshes, unlimited content, or broader SEO/AI maintenance.
